Replacement Eligibility & Limitations:

Each customer is entitled to one (1) no-questions-asked replacement per shipping address within each calendar year.
Additional replacements beyond the aforementioned limit may be granted at Peak Needles' discretion, subject to the customer providing sufficient evidence of manufacturing or quality defects. This evidence must include the batch number of the defective product and photographic or physical documentation of the defect.
Peak Needles reserves the right to request the return of defective products for inspection prior to issuing a replacement.
Peak Needles reserves the right to refuse replacement requests that are deemed fraudulent, excessive, or inconsistent with the typical use of the product. This determination is at the sole discretion of Peak Needles and will be based on an assessment of the customer's replacement history and the legitimacy of the quality issue reported.
Peak Needles is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the misuse of its products. The 20/20 Guarantee Program is limited to addressing defects in manufacturing and quality under normal and intended use of the product.
